Food  Safety & HACCP for Supervisors & Managers 12   Hours   delivered   by   a   qualified   trainer   and   some   distance   learning,   this   qualification   is   fully   accredited   and meets industry high standards.  This   qualification   is   designed   for   those   who   work   in   a   supervisory,   management   or   training   role   and   require   the knowledge and skills to manage food safety and HACCP in a workplace Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (RQF)   Qualification Objective This qualification is designed for those who work in a supervisory, management or training role and require the knowledge and skills to manage food safety in catering.  18 Hours training with some self-study.   The Principles of Food Safety Supervision for Catering – Summary of Learning Outcomes, this unit has 4 Learning outcomes: 1.
